Help Problem with Juice defender on bionic

I have the full version of JD on my bionic, it was working fine for a while, showing me it was saving teh battery at about 1.9x.

Now it shows status as NA in the widget.

sometimes I go into Jd and it says to upgrade to ultimate for better battery saving, but I it ultimate already loaded. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it just doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Stupid question, but I just want to cover all my bases. When you open the app, it is set to enabled correct? It should also say underneath "the service is running" Also, check your full activity log. Maybe it will give you some insight there.
