Help Problem with LED flash

Hello everyone!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace last week and It cames with Froyo 2.2, I updated it to Gingerbread 2.3.4 and then, I installed it Cyanogenmod. Yesterday I used the flash a while as a flashlight (around 30 seconds), at night I was trying to take some pictures but the flash didn't turn on, I thought it was the battery (it was on 19%), when I was back at home, I charged it, now it has 100% and it's not working yet. Maybe the led lamp burnt out or it's software problem? How can I fix it?

I think it's just the software problem. may be of Cyanogenmod. I have used the flash light for more that 20 minutes continuously in my phone using Tiny Flashligh application. The LED lamp has very less chance to burn out.

But my Galaxy Ace has Cyanogenmod since I bought it and I had no problems with flash 'till yesterday, Could it be problem of CM anyways?
