Hi! I would like to ask for help with my Lenovo K80M. I have been using it for 6 months and it is the third time that my camera app fails. The three times it happened from nowhere. It justs opens up in black and it doesn't work. The front camera works fine. But when I try to use the back camera the screen only shows black and after a few seconds it shuts down. If i try using other camera apps it justs says "it cannot connect to camera, it may be used by another app" or "serial camera error". I have formatted the phone but it does not fix the problem. Do you have any idea? Thanks!
