I have a new Samsung Galaxy SII Skyrocket phone. I cannot configure my IMAP network settings correctly.
I load all information CORRECTLY (my user name, password, IMAP server setting & Port #s). I tap to finish the install & I get "cannot connect to server. This is on the incoming & outgoing ports.
However, I sent a test message to my msn account, and received the message.
At the home screen, i tap on the e-mail icon and tap on my IMAP account. It looks like the account is set up, but the screen says it's refreshing & trying to load messages. It's just stuck there. No messages appear.
I loaded my MSN account in 5 minutes - no problems.
Please help. I'm on my second day of trying to figure this out. AT&T, Samsung tech support is out of ideas.
