Help Problem with lock screen on GS3 with 4.3JB

Three days ago I updated my Galaxy S3 with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. So far no serious problem, but a little thing I can not solve it. I can not change the shortcuts on the lock screen. I am having the same issue. After upgrading my shortcuts are gone and can't find how to get them back.

The lock screen settings should still be there. Mine are in Settings / Personal / Lockscreen.
