problem with message memory

i have an old version of samsung ace with internal memory of arnd 181 mb...
after every. 15-20 days my phone msg memory gets full and a notification apprs "message memory full. incoming message rejected"... i immediatly delete arnd 60% of threads in inbox.. but the notification refuse to disappear... every time a msg come from then same notification reapprs. even tho i hav deleted more than half of my inbox... aftr few days msg strts coming and this problm goes... but aftr anothr 15 days or so... i hav the same problem again... pls suggest what to do... do i need to change any setting or take my phone to samsung care...

I have been getting the same problem for 6 days now, its driving me mad.. Help would be nice...

This is a common problem with SGA users, what you could do is restart the phone in recovery mode and clear the cache partition and restart the phone again.

press home+power key to enter recovery mode while restarting.

also use some app to clear app data and cache and run it once every 2 weeks.

and also try removing some unwanted apps if you may have.
