Root Problem with music players w/ monster

Iv'e tried almost every good music player on the market spent almost 20 bucks.. Problem seems to be with EQ's. Finally got poweramp to work but I want rocket... And i really love this rom. Anyway around this?

thats a bug in the rom. The sound is very loud and it makes distortion with a lib source from DSP Manager (I think that's the problem)
