Problem with my android tablet

Hi my name is Costas Mountanos, I've never joined a forum before so i'm new to this and not sure how to post anything. I'm hoping to learn how to use this forum so pls bear with me. The reason I joined this forum is to get help with my WM5986 tablet. When I turn it on the android comes on and then freezes. I have searched different sites but I can not find any help.

Can you provide any other info about this tablet? I can't find anything that references that model number
