Help Problem with my galaxy s

Hi, i hope its ok to post here but its the only place that looked appropriate, and i did try searching for the answer to my problem but couldnt find any! So i had my Galaxy S in my bag (like many other times) But on this occasion i took it out and was on a screen i didnt recognise so exited it, and now i have the Sync (i think) icon at the top of my phone in the notifications I tried going in to my sync settings and played about with it but i cant get it to go away and with this problem my google maps/facebook app and few other features wont load and keeps crashing. Also i cant get 3g/hsdpa when im out and about its dissapeared from my notifications bar (where the sync icon now is) so hence i cant go onto the interenet when im out and about unless i hook it up to wireless network. Does anybody know how to sort this, im guessing this is to do with the sync as all the problems arose when the icon appeared. I have looked everywhere on my phone and played about a bit and nothing. Im thinking factory restore but not sure how this affects my phone
Many Thanks
Woogle:confused::D

Minus sign is not getting displayed in inbuilt Calculator application on my Galaxy POP.
I can use it however, so there is a blank in calculation.
Like 5 3=2, that blank is nothing but a Minus sign..
Can anyone help me out what I should do?

Now that is weird. Try this. Go to settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> All applications. Find the calculator app and clear data.
