Help Problem with my Tab 4, please help

I am using the galaxy tab 4 10.1, model #sm-t530nu. Last night I picked up my tab 4 and the screen was on and black, couldnt get it to do anything. I sat it down a minute and when I picked it up again the screen was off. I thought it might be out of power so i plugged it back in. after a few minutes I noticed that the battery symbol never came up. I made sure it was plugged in and the charger was working by plugging in my s4. charger was fine. So I plugged it back in and held the power button til it turned on. It showed the Galaxy tab 4 screen and froze. It wouldnt turn off. when I held the power button to turn it off it just restart and freeze on that screen. I read different forums looking for help, even went to samsungs page and had a rep help me as well. After doing a factory reset it still froze on that first screen. Still wouldnt turn off, though later i used the power down option in the boot recover menu to turn it off. I have tried turning it on again later and nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated.
