problem with new admire

Anyhow, I would try taking out your battery and doing a reboot of your device to see if anything happens, if that doesn't work it could just be a phone issue, meaning you got a bad phone, which in turn you might want to call the person you bought it from or your carrier and get a new one.

Here's hoping the vast amount of information on here will be useful to you. As suggested above, remove and reinsert the battery, or performing a reset should be able to fix the problem. If not...you should get the device repaired or replaced.
