So I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4. I been having problems with it. My phone can be completely charged and it would shut off, every 10 mins I look at it it says cooling off. I switched batteries , took the battery out and put it back in and it was completely in. Well it still shuts off like 20 times or more in a day. Well when I'm on an app the screen glitches and then shuts off. I need help ASAP !
