Problem with receiving emails on my S3 mini

I'm getting the message from the drop down sign in failed and when I cluck on that "server password has been changed. Input the changed password" on my S3 mini. My provider is Virgin. It w ok until this morning! Can you help please?

Hi. I would try logging into the mail service online, to see if no one hijacked the account and changed the password first. Are you able to login with your password? Great!
Go to the mail app on your phone and 'change' your password. You might as well retype the old/existing one.
