I realise that POWER + HOME is supposed to take a screenshot, but it dosen't work and neither does VOLUME DOWN + POWER. Whenever I use POWER + HOME, a message appears at the bottom saying 'An error was encountered on your SD Card'.
Instead, I downloaded Screenshot Ultimate. Whenever I go to take a screenshot with this, a message appears 'Internal Screenshot Service not working'. As a solution to this, the app took me to a set of instructions. I downloaded a program that was supposed to help fix the problem, however, when I run the program this comes up:
'ADP Server is out of date. Killing.'
I've tried to trace a solution but it's becoming increasingly complicated and I'm ending up having to learn all these stupid scripts just to take a screenshot. Is there a simple solution?
