Root problem with setcpu

i was using setcpu but only for a short time, and i uninstalled it and unrooted my phone (samsung infuse 4g). however, the day after tht, my battery started to drained out quickly, i dont know if its because setcpu is still remain effective after uninstalling and unrooting. plz help thx

Since you unrooted your phone you won't have SU, so I don't think that would be the problem
