Problem with SKYPE

Hello, i downloaded Skype for my tablet (KENDO M7), and when i log in to the skype it want's me to enter my mobile number to use credit on it, but when i'm online with Wifi it shouldn't use call credit. Anyone help ??
 
On PC the Skype client ask for the phone number too. But you can just ignore it.
Maybe you can this also do in the Skype app ?

It is asking it on the logging in screen and if i don't insert my number, it says ''Your phone number is requiered for you to make and recieve calls''. When i insert one random number it is logging in and when i try to call someone, it says u have to register your number in the internet. If i confused you, i'm trying to call skype-to-skype not skype to telephone
 
You could just insert your number and then use it for Skype to Skype as as long as you don't use it for Skype to phone then there shouldn't be an issue.
