Help problem with sms and qik

two problems i have with my fiancee's htc evo:

1. sms say error code 97 class 3 and keeps popping up the same error message 2 or 3 more times.

2. when trying to open qik, error says "The application Qik (process com.qikffc.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Anybody know a simple fix to this before i go to sprint?

Folllow this instruction to resolve the qik problem whentrying to open qik!!!
("The application Qik (process com.qikffc.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.")

Menu/Settings/Manage applications/Qik/ then hit clear data and clear cache.
after to fix just sign in again on your EVO!!!
