hi everyone
i recently purchased a used tablet which i was told that it was a superpad flytouch 2. how can i confirm this? it only say superpad on the box.

here is the i cant fix...
my tablet act like if it was in 256 colors only. videos are extremely ugly... problem is similar to having no video drivers on a pc.
i have downloaded android sys info and all info showed are wrong... it tell me 184 mb of ram only. less then 1gig of space when i should have 2 at least...
i just got it and i am wondering if it is a hardware problem or software? can it be a wrong firmware update or update gone bad?
please help me
