Hello everyone!
I am new on this forum and have joined it because of this annoying problem, namely:
My S3 that served me for a long, long time without any problems, suddenlt became useless!
The important thing is.. why?
Well, my battery literally goes from 100% till 15% or lower in about 15 minutes.
I never had this issue with any other phones, for instance my older phone (LG L5) which I gave to my father still works properly.
Now some details about my problem:
I always charged my phone overnight with no problems until since some days (maybe a week) the battery often doesn't charge fully, but even if it does, the battery goes away within 15-30 minutes.
I've researched about it and tried to do everything like loading the Battery doctor and Cleaner apps.
What's the weirdest thing is that everytime I close and open my phone (don't know the professional name
) the battery goes about 20% lower everytime. And I tried to change my battery and get the same problem so it's probably my phone's fault! I tried to delete and close every process and software in background and still get the same. Sometimes even the screen is blinking (not sure if this is the correct word, it's darker and suddenly brighter and suddenly darker etc.)
I finally thought it could be because I didn't update it and had this update notification since a month but yet when I try to do it via Kies 3 (I have Android 4.3 on my mobile) it says:
PC Failed to recognise the mobile phone
