Problem with way Contacts are stored

I have a problem with my Contract. I imported them into the phone, cannot remember how. I have backed them up using the T Mobile My Phonebook function but it only backed up the names no numbers. On investigation it seems the reason is the numbers have been store on the phone in the Contact field called OTHER2 which is not backed up by function.
Does anybody know how I can easily move the phone numbers from OTHER2 to the Mobile field or Home field.
It is over 300 contact an I am hoping that I do not have to do it manually.

If you have Outlook you could sync to that and either edit the data file from that or export the contacts for editing in Excel.

Or sync to Google, export as CSV, edit and then upload to Google again.
