Problem with Widgetlocker Inspire 4G

Hi. I just installed widgetlocker on my Inspire 4G. When the lockscreen comes up it appears bright for a brief second and then dims. The screen then doesn't register any taps or long presses. If I access the menu, not of the options (including settings) will open when I tap them.

This is my first time using this app so any advice would be appreciated. Should I uninstall and try re-installing? I'm running Gingerbread on the Inspire 4g.

Bright then dimming is ok.

If you are trying to long press or tap on the locked mode (appears as the lockscreen), it wont work. Taps and long presses are enabled only in Tool mode, which is accessed when you open widget locker from app drawer. You can enable it in the settings from Tool mode.
