my wifi is turned on on my samsung j36 and i cant go onto the wifi i use everyday it says try turning on wifi mean while it says connected to the wifi
 
the password must not be saved.

try using a WiFi app to help you log into the signal.
Several of them available.
WiFi 360
WiFi Scanner
and a lot more.
