problem with words with friends

Hi to all, I have about three people that have stopped playing Words With Friends, we haven"t finished the game. How do I remove their names from the play list. I know how to remove the games when we are finished. Hope some one will be able to tell me. Thanks dolobelcher ( fall42)

Moved this thread to the Android Games section where it will get better results.

Have not played that game but only once. Have you tried holding down on their names or pressing menu? Might be something in the options.

Unfortunately, the only way to remove a game in progress is to resign when it's your turn. Eventually, if they don't play their turn, the game will auto-resign them, but I don't know what the timing is on this.

Can't you delete them from the official FB app? I tried it and didn't even finished a single game. It was too boring for me, had better luck with Ruzzle.
