Root Problem with z4root

Hello,
yesterday I've tried to root my Sony Xperia E Dual (C1605) using z4root 1.3 form the xda forums. I've tried the temporary one first, but it crashed while doing this so I think it's not working with my phone. Since this happened to my phone it's damn slow I've tried a factory reset, but it is still slow. Can you help me, how I can make my phone running well like before ?
