Help problem with ZTE V9

hi all...
i have problem...
i try to update from v2.1 to v2.2 but it goes wrong and now zte cant open... it stucks in screen with green icon of android with letter ANDROID... for all the time... i havent recovery... what can i do ? when i press power and volume down it goes me in ftm mode

what will i do if my android hang and only the robot flashes on the screen
