Problem Xi-electronics Tablet PC

Hello to all,
I have a problem with my Xi-electronics 7" Tablet PC running Android Ice Cream.
I used it only for 5-6 battery charges.
First time the display turned backwards meaning the loading logo was diordna (something like this) and all the letters was like that, also the touch screen turned wrong, and I couldn't reset it.
I try it but no succes with reset, the same problem after restart.
Then suddenly when I try to re-open it stucks on loading : Android logo(also same : diordna.
I cannot do nothing, I try to reset it with help of Power+Volume up / Power + Volume Down but is not opening if I keep press volume up or down.
The tablet start only with the power button but stucks at logo...loading..
What I can do?
There is any solution to solve it ?
Does anything I can do from PC to delete all, and reinstall the Android ???
I try to contact the company but is not answering...

Welcome to Android Forums!

From your description of the problem I would strongly suggest that you attempt to get the device exchanged; it definitely sounds defective.

A 'factory reset' might solve the problem, but if you can't get past the loading splash screen I'm unsure of how else to accomplish that.

with the cheaper devices finding the recovery might be a case for lost causes. even if they give the recovery it's often inaccessible an all you get is the dead android screen with no options. i have a device that often gets frozen at the bootloader and had to figure out the key combo myself. its manual was badly translated from Chinese and didn't give that info out. it was plugging it into the charger, hold down power, put a pin into the reset hole, and when it powered on, letting go of reset and continue holding down power until you see the recovery logo (android with spinning diamond in tummy) which quickly goes to the dead android with red triangle screen, then holding down power again to shut down, then turn back on as normal. for some reason that fixes it.
