Problem

If i put sim card into my phone, it doesent ask anything (like unlock code ) and i dont get any messages like 'Incorrect Card', 'SIM Card not accepted' or similar.
But i can only do emergency calls with my phone?

Welcome to the forums, juc.

A visit to the store of the carrier you want to have as your data/service provider seems prudent.

They can set you up with a data plan and phone calling capabilities, etc.
