Hi
I have galaxy s3 with android 4.0.4 and when i go to software update and click i agree i have this problem
Processing failed
And when i try to update by kies i see this message
You phone does not support upgrade via kies
So what is the solution please

Are you rooted, does they phone say modified

No i am not rooted

Go here then download the correct rom for your area and provider Firmware archive | Samsung Updates

Then use Odin to update your firmwear.

Simples

But if i update my firmware using odin i will able to update it by kies later?

That is the point, as long as you do not modify the rom you can update via OTA or Kies.

Hi Newbie here.. unlocked i9305 i tried updating to 4.3 but says device modified. I know device may have been rooted but it's currently on stock 4.1.2.
Any ideas on how to update to 4.3 stock simple as possible plz.
