The only way to delete some of your oem apps is to obtain root permissions. Rooting an android device varies from device to device. There is always an element of risk in the process and it often voids any warranty you might have. Many think it's worth the risk to have some freedom with their phone. It's a matter of choice. If you are interested in rooting your device I suggest you join Android Forums and then do some serious reading in your device's root area. It's always best to know your path prior to such an adventure.
Some of the later android versions allow freezing oem apps. They aren't removed but they are put into a dormant mode where they don't take up any more space than the app itself. Frozen state also keeps them from using any of your resources. This is also a possible alternative for you. I hope this helps
