Help problems after ICS upgrade

Since I upgraded my HTC sensation to ice I have been having the following issues.

When I swipe to answer a call, there is a 2 second delay before I can hear the caller.

My meetings from my email.exchange account are not showing on the calendar.

Any advice on how to solve these issues would be a big help.

I am getting the exact same. Whenever someone rings me, I answer and it take 2-3 seconds before I can hear them after saying hello a few times.

My work emails, meetings, memos, appointments used to display and over the last few weeks they wont add to my calendar even though they're sync'd too.

That's interesting. I had that problem BEFORE ICS, and still have it now. No change for me.

The thing I do have a problem with is that throughout the course of the day, my phone's clock gets unreliable. By the end of the day, it's up to 30 minutes behind the actual time. I wear watches during the week, but not on the weekend, and that can really throw me.
