Root Problems after ICS uprade

So I used the Droid Utility 1.7 to upgrade my Razr maxx to ICS: Droid Razr Utility 1.7 [For Ics And Those Who Want To Go To Ics] - DroidRzr.com

Since then my phone will hang, or reboot on it's own.

I've done a few factory resets already and still it acts up.

Any thoughts on what to try?

have you backed up everything you want to keep and done a factory restore?

that fixes many issues
