Problems Pairing Thunderbolt with Motorola Roadster 2

Just got a Motorola Roadster 2. I was able to pair it this morning with my TB on the way to work. Then when I got back in the car it would say it was paired but not connected. I unpaired the device and now I cannot even seem to "see" it on my Bolt or on my wife's Bionic.

I tried to do a factory reset but I am not sure that even worked. Any suggestions? It is more than a little annoying.

When my bt wont connect on my bolt, I long press on it in the Bluetooth menu, and then connect in there. Works everytime for me.
