Help Problems receiving texts

I have been having to restart my phone before I received my messages. It won't do it everyday but just from time to time. Wondering if anyone else is having these problems?

reboot into safe mode. if it keeps working, then you probably have a downloaded app causing the issue. restarting the phone closes the app... until it decides it wants to run again. safe mode will help tell you if it's something you installed or not.

hold power key> hold power off> confirm reboot into safe mode. it doesn't delete anything, it just disables 3rd party apps. to exit, reboot normally.

Yep, me too. Started 4 days ago. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Verizon yesterday and 30 today. In the end they really didn't do anything, just refreshed some things on their end they said. Today the level 2 tech thought to check for system updates, so i just installed the one from about 5 days ago. Let's see if that fixes it.

EDIT: 3 hours later and I'm still getting texts. Let me know if the OTA update fixed the issue for you too
