Problems receiving and replying to texts
When I receive texts from my wife’s mobile they are received as coming from a number along the lines of: 0079414xxxxxxx i.e. her normal UK mobile number but prefixed by a zero. If I try to reply directly to this number the text is not received. However, if I send the text to +4479414xxxxx (in my contacts) it is successfully transmitted. Any suggestions as to why this is happening would be gratefully received! (Doesn't happen on other mobiles we own.) Carrier is Virgin/Orange.
