So recently my bolt started acting up. Phantom touches, unresponsive sections of the screen and the "m","k","o", and "12#" key on the keyboard to not work. It just hits the keys on either side. Can anyone help?
I would download a program called Multitouch Test.
With this you can open up a program and see if maybe your screen isn't responding in certain areas. If that is the case then your digitizer is broken and you need a replacement.
I would call 611 and ask for a replacement. Let them know you've gone through troubleshooting at the verizon store but they told you they couldn't replacement because they weren't a corporate store. This will help skip all the BS and have them fedex you a new one.
