Help Problems using a new SD card for internal storage

I set up my sd card to be used as internal memory

I have a new larger and faster sd card that i now want to use for this

It seems like this is impossible without wiping the previous card and all its data so my question is this, how can i move all my data off the sd card set up as internal storage and back to my phones actual internal storage?

i believe you have to go into setting and move each app one by one back to the phone's storage.
