Problems w/ Weather Bug Elite widget auto refreshing

On my MyTouch 4G, every once in awhile throughout the day my Weather Bug Elite Widget will fail to refresh. It leaves the little circle in the task bar & when I access it in the task bar it says that it failed to refresh. I then have to go into the app itself & then it refreshes. This has been happening for a few days & it's getting kind of annoying. Anyone know how to fix it? It had been working just fine prior to about a week ago.

I have had a simiar problem on my EVO with Weather Bug Elite. Its an updating problem but usually happens after i power off my phone and back on.
The other problem i have noticed is not the round wheel but if it did update it seems to stay at the same temperature for a while, like its missing an update.
