Problems when calling people

Hello, I have been using the Galaxy S6 for a couple of weeks now and the calling seemed to work fine until about two days ago.

When I call a friend, they can not hear me nor could I hear them. If I enable Wi-Fi calling, the call works fine.
Even after a factory reset, it still doesn't work.
Does anyone have any advice for me?

It could be a carrier problem. I've had a similar issue with Boost Mobile.

I'm using AT&T, what should be my course of action?

Well I went from Boost to AT&T,lol.
I would check here: https://downdetector.com/status/att/map/
And if everything looks good in your area,I would call them and let them know whats going on with your device and or service.

Well, there's a big red spot near where I live, I think that's why I have a problem I'm guessing lol.

It still would be a good ideal to call them(AT&T)
