Problems with adding photos

Hi I own a Samsung A12 and I am having problems adding photos on to a Web page.

Instead of a photo on the page I have a small box with obj in it I assume it means object. Have tried different photo sizes etc but no good.

Can anyone help please

Hi, just adding, maybe related but having problems adding text as well BUT no problems adding photos, text to emails or texts

It obviously isn't uploading the photo for some reason. Not sure if your phone is the issue or the web page is the issue. Any chance we can get a link to the web page to see if we can upload a photo? Thanks!

Hi, will have to ask. Its a model making site, no one else has had an issues and the moderators have said the sites ok. I had problems adding the same photos onto the site using my Dell desktop.

Understood. Seems odd that you also have the problem with your Dell desktop uploading a photo. It makes me think the web page is the issue

are you in desktop or mobile mode on your browser? have you tried different browsers on your phone? and it is only the particular website, not others?

Just changed browsers from chrome to Samsung, took photo ok but as soon as typed text it failed. Photo back to box with obj. Next changed the site to desktop mode, added photos ok and text. Then added another photo and text, failed again

maybe try a 3rd party browser other than samsung or chrome. try firefox, opera, dolphin, or duckduckgo.

I'm thinking maybe a factory reset for his phone, as a last resort. Just a thought.

If there are problems with adding a photo to the phone, then I would advise you to check whether you have enough free memory.

did you not read the op? he was referring to web pages......so its not the phone and it has nothing to do with storage space.
