Help Problems with apps 2 sd

I have the droid razr hd and i installed a 16g card and it shows only 11.8 available. So thats weird and also when looking at the apps2sd app it shows 4 apps i can move but when i click on them it has no option to move them? just says force stop....uninstall and clear data? No looking under the spot on the app where it shows what apps are on the sd it says the device does nothave a real primary external storage,or the primary external storage is emulated. Moving app to sd function may not be supported by this device? So am i screwed?
