Help Problems with headphone jack

I love to listen to music on my phones and with recently upgrading to the S3 its no exception. Everything was going fine for a couple of days but after i updated from 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 the right headphone stopped working. Now ive narrowed it down to the phone itself (tried 3 different pairs of headphones and a set of speakers). The right headphone just has no sound coming out of it what so ever. If i pull the 3.5mm jack of the headphones down and to the right slightly I can get sound out of the headphone. Is there any settings that may be the culprit or should I try to get a new S3 as it's less than a week old?

If the headphones are fully inserted in the jack and only sound out of one side, take it back for a replacement.
