Help Problems with jelly bean upgrade

I have a sony xperia go, I upgraded to jelly bean in order to be able to install BBM on my phone. Since then, videos keep breaking up, I cannot capture continual video scenes, it keeps breaking up. My touchscreen became so stiff, it is difficult to type or scroll. Please help

A lot of issues with updates can be solved by factory resetting.
