Help problems with messages

My girlfriend has the g4 and i have the galaxy s5, she can never recieve picture messages from me, and her messages come from different numbers (***-***-****@vtext.com or ***-***-****@vpix.com) and her text always starts in the subject of the text, then the whole text is in the body also, is this a mms setting in her phone or doesnt anybody else have this problem???

Try Textra, go to the MMS settings, set the maximum file size to 2 MB, the app will do a good job resampling your pictures down to that size - see if that helps any.

If her messages are coming from @vtext.com or vzwpix.com she is not sending from her texting app. That is the address you use to send a text from email to someone's texting app on their Verizon cell phone. You would use the persons 10 digit number at vtext.com for plain text and vzwpix is for attaching photos. I am on verizon and If I am on the computer and not near my phone I send texts that way to my son's verizon phone. I haven't done that since I got the G4 so will have to test it out and see if it's working right. It could be on her end with her email provider but I never had problems sending from AOL mail. Mary
