I'm currently running regawmod. I dont know if these problems are isolated to this particular rom build or what. I have it set up almost exactly like i had my fresh rom.
Problems I'm having include my battery gets rained PRETTY darned fast. I'll test it today, but I dont think it'll last 24 hours.
typing in handcent is just as slow as it was back in 1.5 if not sometimes slower. painfully slow when it comes to quick text.
Sometimes the sounds dont play, like when i receive a text or when I receive a call. I actually was at a point where absolutely no sound would come out. i called out and couldnt hear the other person on the other line or hear my phone dialing. would work again after reboot
I dont know what's going on but if i were to flash a new rom, do I have to wipe again? it was quite annoying having to download all my apps and placing them where I had them before. Everyone else's roms say to WIPE then Flash.
