Problems with My Verizon

Placed my order on 32 gb pebble blue on phone with Verizon 7/6, and got the phone 7/11 on a second line of service. So far I love it, but had to install my aol email manually as it wouldn't sign in with the embedded email server options. Now I've tried to sign in to My Verizon on the S3 and it won't let me do that either - keeps giving me a login and password don't match message. Verizon tech says he tried to sign in with his S3 also and it won't let him either. Anyone else having this issue? Would be nice to just make this work to monitor data usage, now that I have vacated my unlimited plan for two nice smartphones dividing the data. T-bolt and S3...sharing 4 gb... living in perfect harmony. :) Hey, I'll never use anywhere near that much!

I had that issue but then I just kept trying it until it went through. It took a few times where it just kept telling me it was incorrect, incorrect, then I waited a day and now all my accounts are running fine.

I am having the same problem - have tried for 5 days - online with technical support - no help - went to authorized verizon store - no help - their only suggestion - get another phone - problem 32G not in stock - and on backorder - just wondering if it worth waiting for the back order. anyone else having this same issue.

You have to have Verizon reset your log in that's associated with another line. Call and have them un-register your account and re-register using the S3 line phone number. :D

Not sure that's entirely the case. Your My VZW account is associated with your wireless account. As long as you haven't changed your phone number, it shouldn't matter what phone you use to access it as your phone info is automatically updated.

I was able to successfully log in on my first attempt after switching. I'm wondering if there is something going on with the way your device is sending information? I would blame VZW, but it sounds like you've had issues with your email as well. If the problem isn't resolved I'd ask for an exchange. Good luck!

Apparently, both token errors when trying to set up email accounts and the My Verizon obstacle are known issues. While in the Verizon store on Friday, they tried to sign in to some of their My Verizon accounts as well using the in-store S III and the My Verizon app on it, and they got the same "sign-in name and password don't match" message as well. Comment thread on the Verizon site they checked includes token error discussion for email sign-in glitches among users. So, guess we'll just have to wait it out for a fix. Oh, I do have two lines of service under my account and both phones listed on that account, and I can access the account from other devices other than the S III.

Thanks for the feedback and shared experiences!
