problems with my x10

Ive recently rooted my fone, not changed anything major and is still pretty much stock. 2 problems I have are keypad light andboot animation

First off my problem with the keypad light is that only the one on the left works between the 3 keys. Any help on that is much appreciated.

Second is my boot animation. I deleted the original but try to put a new one in the same location but it comes up with an error mesage saying memory full.

This is my first post so hopefully someone can help :/
