Help Problems With Nexus One

I have a Nexus One and i've been having some problems with it and wanted to see if anyone else has the same problems and if anyone knows why it happens.

1) The touch screen randomly goes out of sync, like if im texting i'll press the "T" button and it'll press space bar or something. It happens alot whenI use the letter A or those around it, i'll press one and it'll go on to the numbers/symbols screen. The only way to fix it ive found is turn the phone off and on again but its only a temporary fix.

2) When I connect it to my wifi at home I have it set to never turn wifi off but after a while it turns the wifi off and i have to turn it back on again manually.. also when connected to wifi the connection is really slow .. i know its not our wifi as my partner uses it on his phone and it works fine.

3) The phone randomly crashes and the screen goes black (not the light going off but the wallpaper and all the icons vanish, can still see the notification bar though). The only fix ive found is to press the power button to turn the screen off then put it on again, and if that doesnt work if i press and hold it as if i want to turn it off then it usually sorts itself out.

4) When i use the email app, i'll read and email and/or delete it, then ten minutes or so later (give or take) ill get another notification of a new email and it's the same emails ive already dealt with. It's gotten so bad ive turned off the emails on my phone now.

5) When im on the phone the screen keeps lighting up now and then and it unlocks the keypad so i end up muting the call with my ear, i can feel it vibrating as its pressing things. Sometimes i end up back on the home screen while im talking. Also sometimes when i go to hang up a call the screen keeps blacking out and its a nightmare to end the call.

I got the Nexus in June and had the problems with it all the time. Then about 3 weeks ago I called up Vodafone and they arranged to swap my handset for a new one. . . So I did.. and the new one has the exact same problems. Ive arranged to swap it again for a 3rd Handset, i asked if i could get a different model but they said i have to send it back 3 times, then on the 4th time they will consider it. When I send this one back it will be the 2nd time so i have to do this another 2 times if the problem keeps happening before i get a new model phone.

Are these things common faults with all Nexus phones or have i just been unlucky and got 2 faulty ones in a row?
