Problems with notifications

When I'm playing pokemon go, if I get a notification, it stops all sound from pokemon go and I have to restart the game. Also, if I'm listening to music while I'm on facebook, the sound cuts out when I like something

Is it FB notifications doing it? Turn them off, unless you really need to know the instant your friends are playing Farmville or whatever.

Depends how long the notification is. I noticed that if I use a short notification like the default ones, the sound cut is short and quick, but if I use a long one, the sound doesn't refocus to the other app. For example, the music from Spotify doesn't get back to normak volume until it goes to the next song.

As for Facebook just turn off sounds. Do you really need sounf effects in the app?
