Help problems with s planner

I have just got samsung s6 and a new job. I get a job sheet emailed to me as an attachment and also my updated calender. I can open and download the A job sheet but not the calender. It always says s planner has stopped. Also the email has a section at the top to tick accept, decline etc. This does not show when I open the email on my phone. On my PC at home everything opens no problem.
I have tried disenabling s planner and downloaded a different planner app but it still won't open still saying s planner has stopped. Any ideas as it is driving me mad especially as if I am out all day I need to be accepting jobs for the rest of the week and have to phone in my acceptance.

You need to go into Settings/Apps/default and unclick 'S Planner' as the default app for what you are doing.

then the next time you download, it should recognize you have another app to handle that chore, then choose your new app.
