Problems with SD card

Hello everyone,

I bought a 16 GB micro SD card for my Galaxy S3. In Settings/Storage, it shows that 14.83 GB are available. (Phone Storage almost full).

In the application manager however, I don't have the option to move to SD for any app.

I downloaded the "App 2SD Free" App and when I open it and click on "on SD Card", it shows the following message: "The device does not have a real primary external storage, or the primary external storage is emulated."

Does anyone know what I could do to be able to use the SD card? (It worked fine in previous SGS.

Thanks,

Henning

from what I've read it is how android 4.0 is set up. Basically removing the ability to move certain things to sdcard. Having an sdcard is pointless now except for videos, pics and some other things I'm sure people can add. Yeah I was bummed to find this out. Kind of wish I got the 32gb now.

As I said this is how I understand it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
